Our main service and the one most homes need. Soft washing uses low pressure with a mild house-washing solution to lift mildew, algae and organic growth off siding without forcing water behind it. It is the industry standard for vinyl, brick, hardie board, stucco and log homes, and it is what protects the surface rather than stripping it.
Concrete, brick and hard surfaces take proper pressure well, and that is where it belongs. Driveways, walkways, patios and steps come back to an even finish. We never point high pressure at siding or a roof, because those need the soft wash instead.
Those black streaks are algae, and they hold moisture against the shingle. We treat roofs with a low-pressure soft wash rather than blasting them, which is what removes the growth without taking granules off the shingle or voiding a warranty. Second-storey and hard-to-reach areas included.
Clogged gutters push water into your fascia, foundation and crawlspace long before you see a stain. We clear the debris, flush the downspouts, and clean the exterior faces so the whole roofline looks finished rather than just functional.
Concrete holds oil, rust, red clay and traffic grime. Surface cleaning gives an even, streak-free finish across driveways, garage floors and parking areas rather than the striped look a wand leaves behind. Red mud staining can usually be improved, though it is treated as its own job.
A dedicated surface cleaner covers large flat areas at a consistent pressure, so patios, pool surrounds and walkways come out uniform. It is faster than a wand and it does not leave the zebra striping that gives a cheap job away.
The path to your door is the first thing anyone actually walks on. Sidewalks, entry paths and shared walkways cleaned back to an even finish, scheduled around business hours for commercial properties.
Decks, porches and privacy fencing in both wood and vinyl. Wood is easy to splinter and gouge with too much pressure, so these get the gentler treatment and the right solution rather than brute force.

Soft washing uses low pressure with a mild cleaning solution. Pressure washing uses high pressure. Siding, roofs, wood and screens get the soft wash, because high pressure on those is how you get gouged siding, stripped paint, or water forced in behind the wall. Concrete and other hard surfaces can take proper pressure, so that is where it is used.

Yes. We use a mild house-washing solution that is the industry standard for soft washing, and it is safe around pets and ornamental landscaping.
No. We do need access to an outdoor water source, and payment is due on completion. Before we arrive, move outdoor and patio furniture off the porch, patio or pool area and away from the sides of the house. That prevents water damage and keeps cleaning solution off your furniture.
Most house cleanings take one to three hours. Once a year keeps mildew and algae from getting established on an Upstate home; some customers prefer spring and autumn.
Mould, mildew and algae generally wash away without difficulty. Red mud staining and oxidation removal are harder, and both are quoted as their own job rather than folded into a house wash. We will tell you honestly what will and will not come out before we start.
