Surface Cleaning
Large flat areas done at a consistent pressure, so there is none of the zebra striping that gives a cheap job away.

Spartanburg County
Welford sits in Spartanburg County, well inside the area we work. Tim works this area himself, so the person quoting the job is the person doing it.
Being at the far end of our run from Williamston, we tend to schedule this side in blocks, which is worth knowing if a neighbour wants theirs done too.
Fleet washing works best on a standing schedule rather than one-off calls, and it is priced accordingly.
What Welford calls us for most
Large flat areas done at a consistent pressure, so there is none of the zebra striping that gives a cheap job away.
Real fleet demand on this side: contractors, delivery and service vehicles that live outside. Almost nobody around here advertises it.
Walkways and entry paths are the first thing anyone actually walks on, and they show it.
We do all seven of our services in Welford. This is just what gets asked for most. See everything we offer.
Free Estimate
No obligation and no sales pitch, just a real price from the person who'll be doing the work.
Frequently Asked
Every property is different, so Tim prices each job after he has looked at it rather than quoting from a page. Size, how much growth there is, what the surfaces are and how reachable they are all change the number. The estimate is free and there is no obligation, so the quickest way to a real figure is to call him on (864) 202-9738 and describe what needs cleaning.
Soft washing uses low pressure with a mild cleaning solution. Pressure washing uses high pressure. Siding, roofs, wood and screens get the soft wash, because high pressure on those is how you get gouged siding, stripped paint, or water forced in behind the wall. Concrete and other hard surfaces can take proper pressure, so that is where it is used.
Brick, vinyl, hardie board and log homes, plus pool decks and surrounds, privacy fencing in wood or vinyl, and commercial properties. If you are not sure whether your surface is suitable, call and describe it.
Yes. We use a mild house-washing solution that is the industry standard for soft washing, and it is safe around pets and ornamental landscaping.
No. We do need access to an outdoor water source, and payment is due on completion. Before we arrive, move outdoor and patio furniture off the porch, patio or pool area and away from the sides of the house. That prevents water damage and keeps cleaning solution off your furniture.
Most house cleanings take one to three hours. Once a year keeps mildew and algae from getting established on an Upstate home; some customers prefer spring and autumn.
Mould, mildew and algae generally wash away without difficulty. Red mud staining and oxidation removal are harder, and both are quoted as their own job rather than folded into a house wash. We will tell you honestly what will and will not come out before we start.
We carry enough to get started, then use your outdoor water source for the job itself.
